How much deposit must I make?
A:
Rental deposit is either
$400.00 or half of the rental fee (which ever is less) and must be a
money order or certified check
made payable to:
Betty Brummett. Deposits are non-refundable

What is the inclement weather
policy?
A:
In the event that a hurricane, act of god, or
other events should require mandatory evacuation, we will fully refund
all
nights not used during your rental agreement.
Q:
When will we get a rental agreement?
A:
You may download and complete the rental
agreement and submit it with the deposit or after the deposit is
received,
we will send you a rental agreement for your signature.
Q:
When is the balance due?
A:
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your rental
dates.

How do we get the unit keys?
A:
The keys to the unit are mailed to you
approximately 2 weeks prior to your rental dates
Q:
Is the departure cleaning included in the rental
fees?
A:
Departure cleaning is included in the rental fees
of 7 rental days or more. There is a $75.00 departure cleaning fee for
less than 7 rental days.
Q:
Do you include linens?
A:
Yes, sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are
provided.
Q:
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
A:
Yes, the kitchen is equipped with a stove,
refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, and all the standard
cooking
utensils; plus a coffee maker and coffee grinder, blender, toaster and
broiler oven.
Q:
Are there beach chairs at the condo?
A:
We have a couple of chairs available at a locked
storage bin at the Oceanfront Poolside Bar & Grill, just steps from the
surf. The Myrtle Beach Lifeguards offer beach chairs and
umbrella rentals (in season) in front of the condo.
